After six decades of believing I was unlovable, broken, and unworthy, a transformative journey with a gifted coach helped me uncover and reconcile these deeply ingrained lies.
Oh yes, I have been there. I used food to make myself feel better and then felt disgusted by what I “perceived” as weakness. My inner critic was worse than a toxic boss telling me how badly I was failing at life. My life lacked fulfillment. Yet, I was always there to help everyone else fulfill their dreams, ignoring my own.
These revelations caused me to see my life through a different lens and changed everything. Through this personal awakening and years of coaching other women, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what the core lies we live with cost us in body, mind, and spirit.
